We join with the rest of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth in mourning the loss of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh. All services during the week from Sunday 11th April will be in memory of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. The services are:
- Holy Communion at 6.00 pm
- Commemoration of HRH Duke of Edinburgh at 7.00 pm
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Royal Household and government have advised that a physical Book of Condolence should not be offered at this time. During the week from 11th April, the church building will be open for private prayer, reflection and to light a candle as follows:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
- Wednesday: 12 noon to 7.00 pm
- Friday: 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
Flowers can be laid in the churchyard.
God of our lives, we give thanks for the life of Prince Philip, for his love of our country, and for his devotion to duty. We entrust him now to your love and mercy, through our Redeemer Jesus Christ. Amen.
